Dr. Mohamed Salah-eldin Saleh Hassanein is an Assistant Professor of Civil and Architectural Engineering at Sultan Qaboos University, with a PhD in Architectural Engineering from Cairo University and over twenty years of combined academic and professional experience. He has collaborated closely with government and industry partners and has published in peer-reviewed journals and international conferences in the areas of sustainable construction, virtual and extended reality, smart cities, and sustainable built environments. Prior to academia, he spent more than a decade as a Senior Architectural Engineer contributing to major design and infrastructure projects.”
