Ümit Deniz İlhan is an Associate Professor of Management and Strategy at Beykoz University, Türkiye, where she currently serves as the Head of the Department of Business Administration. Her academic expertise focuses on strategic management, human resource management, employee experience, organizational behavior, and work psychology. Dr. İlhan has held various academic leadership roles, including vice dean, program coordinator, and center of excellence coordinator, gaining substantial administrative experience in higher education. She has published widely in international peer-reviewed journals and contributed to edited volumes, with particular emphasis on sustainability, employee experience, and generational work values. She is also the author and editor of books and book chapters that explore the intersections of management, organizational psychology, and human resource practices within the contexts of sustainability and digital transformation. In parallel with her academic career, Dr. İlhan has more than twenty years of professional experience in senior leadership positions in human resource management. During this time, she has led projects in organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent management across a variety of industries. By integrating academic scholarship with professional expertise, Dr. İlhan continues to design human-centered strategies that enhance organizational resilience, performance, and employee well-being.
