Sookpichaya has been involved in climate-related studies since joining Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University as a university lecturer, contributing to research on climate resilience, sustainability, and policy development; she graduated with First-Class Honors and received the Academic Excellence Science Students Award, Prof. Dr. Tab Nilanidhi Foundation, during her undergraduate studies. She was also a recipient of the Development and Promotion of Science and Technology Talents Project (DPST) Scholarship, Royal Thai Government, during her time at Kasetsart University. In 2017, she earned her degree from University of Alberta, Canada. Beyond academia, Sookpichaya is a Climate Reality Leader and has participated in several relevant activities, including Asia-Pacific Climate Week and the World Congress on Environmental Education; she is currently engaged in climate change projects funded by Thailand Science Research and Innovation (TSRI), focusing on practical solutions to mitigate environmental impacts. Her perspective on climate action is deeply influenced by one of Einstein’s quotes: “Everything in life is vibration.” Sookpichaya believes that climate change solutions must address not only the physical aspects—such as reducing carbon footprints and implementing sustainable practices—but also the energetic and emotional dimensions. She emphasizes that fostering a vibration of love—love for oneself, for nature, and for the planet—can resonate outward and inspire meaningful change. To her, this holistic approach is another sustainable solution for tackling climate challenges, starting from within.
