Jian Chen received his Ph. D. degree (supervised by Prof. Yunbin He) from Hubei University, China, in 2021. He has been working with Prof. Yunbin He as a Postdoc in the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Hubei University from July 2021 to June 2023. Since July 2023, he has been working in Hubei University, China. His research interests have been focused on photoelectric devices based on ferroelectric materials and semiconductor materials. He has so far published more than 30 scientific articles in SCI journals, including several in Adv. Energy Mater., ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, ACS Photonics, Adv. Electron. Mater., and Appl. Phys. Lett., which has been cited for over 800 times and applied 17 Chinese patents (with 10 patents awarded).
