Ambra M. Fiore is researcher at the University of Bari where she investigates on organic materials in quantum technology. In 2014 she obtained the bachelor's degree in Materials Science at the Physics Department at the University of Bari. In 2016 she achieved a master's degree in Materials Science and Technology at the Chemistry Department. In the same year she started the European PhD in Risk and Environmental, Territorial and Building Development (SSD: CHIM/07), at the Polytechnic University of Bari. In 2020 she obtained the title of PhD with a thesis about the synthesis of metal nanoparticles under sustainable conditions. During the PhD, under the supervision of Professor Piero Mastrorilli and Professor Rinaldo Poli, she spent a visiting period at the CNRS of Toulouse (France) in the "Laboratoire de Chimie de Coordination" (LCC-CNRS), in the group of "Ligands, architectures complexes et catalyse". From 2020 to 2023 she had a post doc position in the Polytechnic University of Bari working on the synthesis of silicate materials for their environmental application. Ambra has participated at large number of national and international conferences, workshops, and schools, receiving various awards and scholarships for her research activities. In 2023 she became a researcher at the Chemistry Department in the University of Bari starting to work on the synthesis of organic materials for quantum technology applications.
