Suélen is PhD in Materials Engineering and Science (2016), Master's degree in Materials Engineering and Science from the University of Caxias do Sul (2013), Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Caxias do Sul (2021), Bachelor's degree in Chemistry - Bachelor's degree from the University of Passo Fundo (2008), Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University Center of the Serra gaúcha - FSG (2025), and Postgraduate degree in Cosmetology from the University of Araraquara - São Paulo (2021). In 2018 she had a post doc position in the Lodz University of Technology in Poland. She currently works as a Research and Development Specialist at Borrachas Vipal S.A. She has experience in the field of Chemistry, with an emphasis on polymers, working primarily on the following topics: elastomeric formulations, development and characterization of elastomers with additives from renewable sources, and product development. Suelen has received national and international awards for her research activities.
