KARAM KHAIRULLAH MOHAMMED (Member, IEEE) received the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Mosul University, Mosul, Iraq, in 2012, and the M.Sc. degree in industrial power and control systems from the UniversitiTeknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM), Malaysia, in 2018 and Ph.D. degrees in electrical from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia, in 2023. Currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Malaya. His current research interests include intelligent control, metaheuristic algorithms, control of converters for solar energy, maximum power point tracking (MPPT), Fast EV charging, and PV-grid optimization.
