Dr. Sohaib Mustafa holds a Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from the Beijing University of Technology (BJUT) and serves as an Assistant Professor at BJUT's College of Economics and Management. His research areas include human-computer interaction, ethical AI development, technology adoption, sustainable development, and green supply chain management. Dr. Mustafa has published over 35 articles in esteemed SSCI and SCIE journals. As an Academic Editor for PLOS ONE, he has honed his research and editorial expertise. He has also designed and taught graduate courses, fostering dynamic learning environments. His background in public sector management has equipped him with strong leadership and project management skills, enabling him to lead large-scale, data-driven initiatives. Recognized with several honors, Dr. Mustafa received the Outstanding Graduate Award (2019– 2023), multiple Scientific Innovation Awards (2022, 2024), and the Special Contribution Award from BJUT (2022). As BJUT's Alumni Liaison Officer (2019–2023), he strengthened alumni engagement and collaboration. Dr. Mustafa is passionate about advancing ethical technology, sustainable practices, and impactful research in academia and industry.
