Rodrigo Trentini received the B.Sc. degree in control and automation engineering from the Instituto Superior Tupy, Joinville, Brazil, the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the State University of Santa Catarina, Joinville, Brazil, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Hannover, Hannover, Germany, in 2010, 2012, and 2017, respectively. Since 2018, he has been an Adjunct Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, campus Jaraguá do Sul-Rau, Brazil. His research interests include power systems modeling and control, renewable energy, control theory, and mechatronics.
