Dr. Ahmad Hani El Fawal is an accomplished academic and researcher with a strong background in telecommunications generally, and in IoT, Cybersecurity, and Machine Learning specifically. He is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the Modern University for Business & Science (MUBS), a position he has held since October 2023. In addition to his teaching role, Dr. El Fawal is an Associate Researcher at Lab-STICC, ENSTA-Bretagne, France where he has been contributing to cutting-edge research since April 2021. Dr. El Fawal's academic career spans more than a decade. Prior to his current positions, he was an Assistant Professor at the Arts, Sciences and Technology University in Lebanon (AUL) and the American University of Culture and Education (AUCE)from 2018 to 2023. There, he delivered high-impact courses in networking and ICT, both in-person and online, while mentoring students and supporting their academic growth. His dedication to research was further demonstrated during his post-doctoral fellowship at Lab-STICC, ENSTA-Bretagne (2019-2020), where he advanced his work in telecommunications and related fields. Dr. El Fawal holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications from ENSTA-Bretagne, Brest, France, awarded in December 2018, marking the culmination of years of rigorous academic research. In recognition of his professional achievements, Dr. El Fawal was honored with IEEE Senior Member status in December 2020. As a published author, he has contributed extensively to the academic community, with numerous articles in prestigious international journals and conferences, including the Journal of Engineerings, MDPI journals, and IEEE Journals &conferences. Dr. El Fawal's current research focuses on the Internet of Things (IoT), CybersecurityandMachine Learning. His work aims to address key challenges in these rapidly evolving fields, making significant contributions to both the academic and technological communities.
