Dr. Roouf Un Nabi Dar is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Madras, India. He earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from the Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Madras India, where his doctoral research focused on the ballistic evaluation of concrete panels. He published his research work in the reputed journals and attended multiple international conferences. He is also the recipient of multiple awards and honours. His research interests include impact and blast-resistant structures, high-strain-rate behavior of concrete, and protective infrastructure. Currently, he is involved in several research projects of national importance, contributing to the advancement of structural safety and defense-related engineering applications.
