Dr. R. Manjula Devi is a Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and Head of IQAC at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, with over 19 years and 5 months of academic experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She holds a Ph.D. in ICE (2015) and an M.E. and B.E. in CSE, both completed with First Class with Distinction from Anna and Bharathiar Universities. A consistent academic high achiever, she was a Gold Medalist for ranking first in her college during her undergraduate studies. Her foundational excellence is further marked by a District level Silver Medalist for ranking second in Mathematics during her secondary education. Her research is widely recognized, particularly in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, and Machine Learning. She has authored 53 journal papers and presented 35 conference papers which are indexed in Scopus and SCIE, and multiple book chapters in international publishers. She has received 10+ prestigious academic and research awards, including the Best Researcher Award (2018), Young Woman Educator & Scholar Award (2017), and Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award for Teaching Excellence (2017), recognizing her contributions to teaching innovation and scientific research. She is currently guiding 8 Ph.D. research scholars, reflecting her strong commitment to research supervision, and mentoring future researchers. She has delivered 100+ technical talks as a resource person at various academic institutions, conferences, and professional forums, demonstrating her commitment to knowledge dissemination, academic leadership, and research mentorship. . Beyond her academic duties, She is an active contributor to the engineering community, having organized multiple national-level inter- college cultural and technical fests.
