Er. Jeevanjot Singh Chagger is an Assistant Professor and the Coordinator of the Civil Engineering Department at Sant Baba Bhag Singh University, Jalandhar. Assuming this role in August 2023, he combines academic leadership with a robust research agenda. Er. J.S. Chagger completed his schooling in Punjab before earning his B. Tech and subsequently his M. Tech in Civil Engineering, where he graduated with an impressive 83%. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, further deepening his expertise in sustainable infrastructure. His research is characterized by a multi-disciplinary approach, integrating material science with computational techniques. His primary areas of investigation include the development of sustainable construction materials, the application of geosynthetics in civil infrastructure, and the innovative use of machine learning to solve complex engineering problems. This research has resulted in a distinguished publication record comprising 34 papers in high-impact Scopus, SCI, and UGC-indexed journals and conferences. He has also authored 3 books and contributed 7 book chapters to Springer-indexed publications, along with over 5 published abstracts. Er. J.S. Chagger is an active contributor to the academic community beyond his own research. He serves as a reviewer for several Scopus-indexed conferences and holds editorial positions in 7+ international journals. At his institution, he plays a pivotal role in administrative and accreditation processes, serving on the AICTE, NIRF, NAAC, and 12b committees. He has organized numerous expert lectures, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and job fests, and has successfully facilitated industry collaborations by establishing key Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs). In recognition of his early-career achievements and contributions to research, he has been honored with the InRes Young Achiever Award (2024) and the International Excellence in Research Award (2024). He is a professional member of prestigious organizations including IEEE, IAENG, and InRes. Skilled in industry-standard software like AutoCAD and dedicated to mentorship, he actively supervises B.
