A Civil Engineering graduate specializing in Structures from the University of L’Aquila, he has been with Rete FerroviariaItaliana (RFI) since 2013. Currently serving within the Bridges and Structures unit, his expertise spans inspections, seismic vulnerability assessments, and the design of bridges, viaducts, and underpasses across the Italian railway network. He is presently part of the Technical Standards, Bridge Management, and Certification unit, where he focuses on the integration of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) for inspection activities and leads the development and updating of the Bridge Management System (BMS) currently in use at RFI. With extensive experience in both structural verification and new project design, he actively contributes to national and international research and experimental initiatives.
