Jingyuan Chen received the B. Eng. degree from the Department of Optoelectronic Information Engineering, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Nanjing, China, and the Ph. D. degree from the School of Electronic Science & Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2013 and 2022, respectively. Currently, he is a Lecturer with the School of Electronic Science and Engineering, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. His current research interests include the design and fabrication of photonic integrated circuits\microwave photonics\theory of electromagnetic field\wireless technologies.
