Biagio Peccerillo is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Information Engineering and Mathematical Sciences at the University of Siena. His research mainly focuses on: heterogeneous architectures, productivity-oriented high-level abstraction mechanisms, hardware accelerators, and parallel algorithms. He participated in various R&D projects involving high-productivity solutions to program heterogeneous architectures, hardware accelerators, haptic algorithms in virtual and augmented reality environments, and pharmaceutical supply chain simulation.
