We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. The Organizer only provides the participant with a Letter of Invitation.

If you require a visa to enter the host country, We will provide a letter of invitation that states the nature of your participation.

Please note that the letter of invitation will only state that you are invited to attend the conference. We cannot include information about your passport or any other unverifiable data.

If your visa application is not successful, We are not able to refund your registration fee.
