  • How Do I Register For The Conference?

    You need to first register on the conference website and make the payment via the Registration Tab. Payment of the registration fee can be done online or you can make a bank transfer to pay for conference registration.

  • If you wish to attend as a presenter, you can submit your abstract through Abstract Submission Tab either in pdf or word file format. If deadline is over then you can contact respective conference secretary for submission of your abstract.

  • The conference fee includes Participation in the technical program, Participation ID and Certificate, Publication of your abstract on our conference proceedings e-book, Coffee/Tea breaks and Lunch.

  • The registration includes coffee/tea breaks and lunch.

  • The detailed Conference Program will be emailed to all registered participants one week before the conference.

  • We do not host welcome receptions at the moment.

    • Oral Presentation: You can present your paper orally at the conference venue.
    • Poster Presentation: You can present your paper through a poster you have designed. Poster boards will be provided to display poster presentation materials.
    • Virtual Presentation: You can present, network and discuss your work at the live-stream virtual session without attending the conference in person.
  • We are not authorized to assist with the visa process. The Organizer only provides the participant with a Letter of Invitation.

  • You can request a letter of invitation during the online registration process. Please note that the letter of invitation will only state that you are invited to attend the conference. We cannot include information about your passport or any other unverifiable data.

    A letter of invitation will only be provided once you have registered for the conference and your payment has cleared. The letter will be sent by email as a pdf document only.

  • Some of the journals are free of charge and some require additional costs.

  • If you wish to attend as a Virtual presenter, you need to first submit your Abstract. It will be evaluated by the Conference Scientific Committee. After receiving the Abstract Review Result, you need to register and pay the registration fee. For virtual presentation, it is highly recommended to present the paper via PowerPoint slides. You will receive the Webinar invitation link a few days before the conference.

  • Presentations should be uploaded a minimum of 30 minutes before start of the session. Please load your presentation from your memory stick/USB/Flash drive on to the laptop provided for presentations.

  • All presentations must be uploaded in advance so it will not be possible to use your own laptop.

  • No, please do not send your poster in advance as the conference staff are unable to transport it for you. Please bring it with you to the conference where hanging materials will be provided.

  • Group registration discount is available at our conferences. Please find the below group registration discount options.

    3 Attendees - receive a 15% discount (Only Registration Fee)

    4-6 Attendees - receive a 20% discount (Only Registration Fee)

    7-9 Attendees - receive a 25% discount (Only Registration Fee)

    10+ Attendees - receive a 30% discount (Only Registration Fee)

  • It is advisable to register in advance to secure your place at the conference. However, you will be able to register on site, subject to availability. Registration on site must be paid by cash in USD.

  • If paying by credit/debit card you will receive a confirmation email from payment gateway as well as from our system. If you require a formal receipt please contact the Conference Secretary.
