Bern,the captivating capital of Switzerland, offers a perfect blend of history, architecture, and natural beauty that draws visitors from around the world. The city’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town is a masterpiece of medieval architecture, with its iconic six kilometers of covered arcades—one of the longest shopping promenades in Europe—and landmarks like the Zytglogge (a 13th-century astronomical clock tower), the majestic Gothic Bern Cathedral, and the Federal Palace (Bundeshaus), home to Switzerland’s parliament.
